Goalhanger Podcasts is a British company that produces and distributes podcasts. It claims to be the UK's largest independent podcast group and the largest outside the United States, with over 300 million downloads in 2024 alone.[1]

During the 2024 United Kingdom general election campaign period, the podcasts The Rest Is Politics and Leading together achieved over 21.6 million total downloads and full episode views on YouTube. Meanwhile, during the 2024 Euros, The Rest Is Football amassed a combined total of 19.6 million downloads and full episode YouTube views.[2]

It was founded by former professional footballer Gary Lineker, along with Tony Pastor and Jack Davenport.[3]

According to the company, Goalhanger’s 12 podcasts collectively achieve more than 40 million downloads a month.[4]
